Offsite Collections Coordinator | November 2020 - March 2022

• ​Managed the daily operations and physical collections within the library's offsite storage, and ensured the collections are organized, accurate and accessible

• Developed, established and communicated policies, procedures, and overall work standards related to the offsite storage 

• Oversaw and assisted with the daily shelving operations, item retrievals process, and the fulfillment of Interlibrary Loan scan requests

• Supported the Building Operations Team by being the site liaison of the offsite storage facility’s daily operations including safety, security, and maintenance needs

• Managed Interlibrary Loan processes at the offsite storage facility, including: retrieving physical item requests; fulfilling scanning and document delivery requests, or training and supervising student employees to fulfill requests; and training new staff on ILL policies, procedures, and equipment use.
